Why is it Super Mario Galaxy 2 is 50 dollars new????

That game came out a year and a half ago! Why is it still full price???!! Any PS3 or 360 game would be half the full price by now. Is it because there are so few good games for Wii that the few that are decent remain in demand forever?

50 dollars is the price is was at release (50 is full price for Wii titles), and it's been out for a year and a half. You'd think that like any other game the price would drop over time.

Around here it costs more, that's why it seems cheap to me.

 

I guess it's just considered a really good Wii title, but that's why you can buy used Wii games, you know.

It's definitely worth it, yes. I personally consider it the best game of 2011 so that says a lot.

 

Regarding DLC, I am not aware of any new DLC coming for the game as there are rumors the team have started working on a new Thief game, but you never know.
