Discovered game secrets/glitches?

I recently remembered playing Half-life 2 a couple of years back and came across a glitch where when you are infiltrating Nova Prospekt with the antlions, there are 2 spears near 2 zombies at the cliff face and if you use the gravity gun, you can spear them to a wall killing them automatically. The glitch was that I brought a spear all the way into Nova Prospekt and it kills most things in one shot. This includes the ant lion guard and npc's (I shot Mossman) but shooting a turret froze Steam for me.

I checked and nothing on this is on Youtube.

There was also a thing in Halo 3 where you could fly a dumpster which my friends found and at the time it wasn't on Youtube either (It is now).

I was wondering if anyone else had discovered something in a game such as a glitch that the wider community doesn't know about?

Well I certainly didn't know about these spears you mention. What do they look like exactly? Literally pointed sticks?

Feel free to PM me about almost anything and I'll do my best to answer. :)

I've played Dead Space 2 maybe 5 times now, and there's one glitch I always trigger when I get to it, because it's funny looking. Basically, in an early area in the Unitology living quarters, if you walk off of an edge with about a 3 foot drop, Isaac will play the falling animation for like 5 seconds, hovering above the ground. I found it in my first playthrough and it still hasn't been patched as of my last one, maybe a week ago.

Kind of, they're wooden with like a metal double point from what I can remember. They're like the old ones used to throw at a whale.

They're also near a small wooden boat attatched to a rope and a fire I think.

There is an ammo glitch/exploit in FEAR I use pretty often. Instead of picking up a weapon when you already have it, first drop the weapon, pick up the new one and then the one you had before. You get much more ammo for picking up a new weapon than one you already had in your inventory. Maybe this isn't even an exploit but it sure makes you reach max ammo for a specific weapon fairly quickly.

There was a glitch in New Vegas where you went to the casino in Primm and bought chips then immediately gave them back and you would keep the chips and get money. Rinse and repeat and you are the richest man in New Vegas.

A friend of mine says he saw Hitler through a window in a MoH game... He killed him and tons of panzers came and blowed his ass

I'm not going to post my glitch finds since inevitably someone will go use them in a multiplayer game, then blame me for their bans.

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.

In Half Life 2 Gordon holds the pulse rifle one handed.

I don't like writer's block, I prefer to call it writer's parry.

Medal of Honor Rising Sun, there is a multiplayer level where a machine gun is on the roof of the building, and if you are below it (inside the building) and press the action button you can grab the machine gun from the floor below and use it.

Same game, if you use the zoom button, and then lean to the side out the window you can levitate in mid-air.

IM SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH. Here are some bugs that i found:

In GTA 1 you can bug through any gate. Steal a car or bike, drive it near the gate, and park it very closelly, so you are allmost touching the gate, then just exit you vehicle. It should teleport you through the gate.

In GTA 3, you can go to any city when you unlock second one. Just go to underground subway, and stand on subway tracks. Face the way the train is coming. Wait till train is near coming towards you, when he is almost touching you, jump facing half the train, half the wall, you should fall through ground, and end up in one of 3 citys.

In Just cause 2 (this game has tons of bugs). When you fall from any hight, if youll open your parachute seconds before you touch the ground, it will half deploy itself, and youll ram into the ground at full falling speed, but take no damage. Allso, some times, if you manage to fall on your back ( from any hight ) on rough surface, most of the time youll take no damage. And allso, if you fall from any hight, and land on surface like sida of a hill, which is very steep, youll take only half the damage.

Black and White, map 3, grab the invincible guy and leap frog toss him clear over to the enemy gods temple. if you then drop him in the sacrifice alter, he will float there for eternity until you pick him up again. this leaves you with a permanent small ring of influence over the enemy gods temple allowing you to do WHATEVER you want to him. >:)

Same game, map 4, when the fireballs start to appear, grab one, and then move the fireball in the way of all the others. you just absorb them that way making it much easier than catching and throwing 100+ fast moving fireballs away from your village.

If you drop a save file in map 1 or 2, and then reload it later in 3-4(I don't say 5 because anyone who played it would know that you'd be losing progress if you did it there.) when your creature is about 20 years older, you will go back to land 2 with a creature the same age/height, and I think with all the same miracle knowledge as he was when you were in map 4. Although I've noticed this really screws up the alignment of all the other creatures on the map. I still remember the super evil huge creature in map 1. the one who's supposed to mentor you. XD
